Savvy regularly hosts open events to help IT professionals, managers, L&D and HR experts practice real business cases and strengthen their skills in areas such as strategy, leadership, people management, stakeholder communication, giving and receiving feedback, negotiations, business communication with ChatGPT, and many more.

Savvy Conferences

Savvy has organized 11 participant-centered 3PM unconferences. Such events help open-minded, English-speaking Engineers, Managers, and Designers discuss their own cases to get professional insights.

We launched Savvy with a Savvyday conference in 2015. One day English/Ukrainian conference about skills improvement and development. Two languages and two streams, 5 keynote speakers, 3 workshops, 100 people.

L&D Community

Savvy initiated a community for L&D experts

help them manage L&D reputation and trendsetting, share experiences, learn about best practices, and empower industry networking relationships.

For now, it has 1500+ members with regular events and projects like L&D Random Coffee Bot, ToolKit, and others
