After initial individual interviews with a coachee and stakeholders Savvy finds a professional coach with the relevant specialization. The number of coaching sessions depends on the request and may range from 1 separate session to a course of 12 sessions.
A satisfaction survey is conducted after each coaching session and a coachee may ask to change a coach to suit their personal psychological needs.
