Workshops
communication skills and Soft Skills for tech and IT companies
Conducting workshops will benefit your company if:
- You need to improve communication within teams and with clients
- Employees are transitioning to managerial positions but lack management or leadership experience
- It’s important to prepare managers and teams for changes and teach them to work in a rapidly changing environment
- It’s necessary to maintain productivity under high stress and be resilient to external circumstances
Workshops from Savvy stand out for their practicality and context adaptation.
Our trainers have extensive experience working mainly with tech companies, so they have a deep understanding of this specific industry.
In our sessions, we don’t waste time on general phrases and obvious recommendations; the trainer immediately moves on to specific tools with clear examples and demonstrations.
After the tool demonstration, participants have the opportunity to try using them in case studies and simulations.

Methodology
SMART learning goals
Each training session has clear specific aims which makes learning transparent and motivating. Relevance is ensured by trainers using real cases from your context.
Neuroeducation
Our trainers use the three core principles - moderate level of arousal (stress), holding attention and creating long-term memory - to make the learning process efficient.
Kolb's Learning Cycle
Your employees get the chance to immediately apply the learning process to real-world experiences, which supports knowledge retention: Concrete Experience → Reflective Observation → Abstract Conceptualisation → Active Experimentation
Bloom Taxonomy
Our trainers encourage your employees to move from the practical application of the tools to the development of critical thinking and creativity in combining the new tools with their personal strengths and approaches.

FAQs
Our soft skills programs are based on international practices and standards. However, the programs as you see them are our own adaptations of these standards, tailored to the conditions and realities of Ukrainian teams working with both domestic and international markets. As a result, most of these programs are suitable for the average Ukrainian manager, developer, entrepreneur, or any other position.
The balance between theory and practice depends on the training format. For webinars (lectures), the theoretical part constitutes 95%, while the practical part is 5%. In modular and day-long workshops, theory makes up 40%, and the practical component accounts for 60%. Thanks to preparatory materials (Pre-teaching materials) that participants review before the training, the practical portion can be increased to 90%. During the practical segment, the trainer also interacts with the group but more in a facilitation and feedback format rather than presenting theory.
The program is adapted by taking into account your company’s values, which are important to include in the program and discuss during the workshop. Additionally, real cases that your teams encounter daily or periodically are integrated into the program to ensure that the training scenarios are as close to real-life situations as possible, rather than being abstract.
It’s important to understand the direction in which motivation predominates in a particular company: either “away from” or “towards.” If the motivation is “away from,” you can organize a small event in the format of Fuckup Nights, analyzing failed cases and situations where soft skills didn’t work and what the consequences were, to illustrate that this is not acceptable. If the motivation is “towards,” it’s better to showcase positive examples of using soft skills and the outcomes, or to build career paths and demonstrate that for the next step, a manager needs to develop specific skills (e.g., 1, 2, 3…). Thus, depending on the prevailing culture in the company, the strategy for encouraging learning can vary.
As an educational provider, we can assist in measuring the effectiveness of the training by evaluating engagement during the course, assessing the knowledge gained (testing participants before and after the workshop), and helping with behavior-level assessments (conducting surveys some time after the training, in-depth interviews, and gathering feedback from colleagues). However, we do not have the leverage to ensure that the workshop will directly impact specific business metrics, as the decision to conduct training on a particular topic is the client’s hypothesis, which we help to test. Whether it will work or not can only be determined by practice. We can only demonstrate engagement, knowledge acquisition, and behavioral changes.
We are confident in our products, which is why we offer either the opportunity to retake the same program or a different one at no cost, or provide a 100% refund.
Anna Krasilnik conducted a training on effective communication and negotiation for four groups at Deloitte, and we were very satisfied with our collaboration. The participants highly rated the effectiveness of the training (with an average score of 4.85 out of 5). It was intensive, engaging, and most importantly, practical – based on real business cases with hands-on knowledge application.
The topics that stood out the most were the negotiation strategy matrix, methods for arguing positions and persuasion techniques, and the concept of a mindful approach to one’s actions and words in any interaction with others. Participants also noted Anna’s openness in communication, the lively dialogue with the audience, and the clarity and ease with which she delivered the information.
