Methodology

We are building training based on our own Savvy methodology and the following principles:
SMART learning goals

Each training session has clear specific aims which makes learning transparent and motivating. Relevance is ensured by trainers using real cases from your context.

Neuroeducation

Our trainers use the three core principles - moderate level of arousal (stress), holding attention and creating long-term memory - to make the learning process efficient.

Kolb's Learning Cycle

Your employees get the chance to immediately apply the learning process to real-world experiences, which supports knowledge retention: Concrete Experience → Reflective Observation → Abstract Conceptualisation → Active Experimentation

Bloom Taxonomy

Our trainers encourage your employees to move from the practical application of the tools to the development of critical thinking and creativity in combining the new tools with their personal strengths and approaches.

All formats are available in English and Ukrainian
Conducted by professional trainers, who are experts in their field
Training effectiveness evaluation is included

Testimonials

Anna Krasilnik conducted a training on effective communication and negotiation for four groups at Deloitte, and we were very satisfied with our collaboration. The participants highly rated the effectiveness of the training (with an average score of 4.85 out of 5). It was intensive, engaging, and most importantly, practical – based on real business cases with hands-on knowledge application.

The topics that stood out the most were the negotiation strategy matrix, methods for arguing positions and persuasion techniques, and the concept of a mindful approach to one’s actions and words in any interaction with others. Participants also noted Anna’s openness in communication, the lively dialogue with the audience, and the clarity and ease with which she delivered the information.

The Workshop of feedback was a great and useful experience. Feedback is one of the very important parts of any communication, and especially in business. Lack of it causes misunderstanding between people and inefficiency on projects. On the workshop, we have gotten several models of giving feedback and practiced them using real cases.

Such a practical part allows me to choose and use the right model in my everyday work.

Anna Marushak gave an engaging lecture on the topic of Active Listening, which left our colleagues feeling inspired and motivated. Her presentation was a testament to her professionalism and expertise on the subject matter, as she was able to deliver the information clearly and concisely.

Throughout the lecture, Anna emphasized the importance of listening actively and attentively, highlighting how it can improve communication and relationships in both personal and professional settings. She provided practical tips and techniques that our colleagues could use to become better listeners, such as maintaining eye contact, acknowledging emotions, and asking clarifying questions.

Overall, Anna’s lecture was a valuable learning experience for our colleagues, and it left a lasting impression on everyone who attended.

There is something in your head, just a hint not yet an idea and you keep thinking about it… Now you have it, you know what you want and here starts another challenge – you have to find a proper coach, energize him with your idea, make him think deeply about it so that he could perform it the way it is performed in your head. That’s easy and simple when you know people – Savvy people because we value people in Sitecore and we are always happy to collaborate with like-minded ones. Slava, thank you for being open and curious, straightforward and not judging, ready for new experience and format. That does matter!

ASD Team is a Ukrainian IT company. We love our work and know that the quality of work directly depends on overall well-being. In our WELL BEING program. We focused on healthy sleep, balanced nutrition, and physical activity. We are grateful to Dasha for helping us dive into the healthy lifestyle world. During this time, we realized tips about our health, for instance, how nutrition affects the immune system and how training does not compensate for the damage from a sedentary lifestyle. Dasha was constantly in touch with us, supporting us and answering all our questions. If you want to organize a similar challenge in your company, we recommend contacting Dasha.

I invited Anna Krasilnik to hold a series of workshops at Mazars. Anna conducted tailored training on Networking, Feedback in Communication and Presentation Skills. Each training was aimed to meet our special needs either before a specific internal event or to work out necessary skills (improving English at the same time). As an HR Leader at Mazars, I really appreciate Anna’s approach to shaping every session based on our needs and taking into account the specificities of our work. Thanks to Anna, every activity has its soul. The trainer’s flexibility and energy, sense of the team and professionalism make our collaboration easy, efficient and desirable. In order to measure the effectiveness of the training, we implement post-workshop surveys and results follow-ups.

The feedback we receive from the teams confirms my appreciation, as people are eager to learn using practical lessons from the real games-workshops that focus on efficiency and easy-to-apply tips.

I highly recommend that everyone who likes “different ways of thinking” contacts Anna.

Mazars

Before joining Savvy training, I had a small issue with business communication. Sometimes it was very hard to identify the real intentions of our colleagues from different regions. The main expectations for me from the training was to improve my skills in business communication which will help me to be on the “same page” with all our partners. The main interesting thing, which I remember from the training process, was in the analysis of the real cases. It was involving all learners in the training. Barriers to my communication were gone, I feel more comfortable in each day meetings. For future learners I recommend coming to sessions with real-life problems and try to use it at practical lessons as a training example for learning.

SoftElegance

Anna was doing a Negotiation training for Business Analysts in my company SoftServe. I have received only positive feedback from that session and Anna was complimented both from training and organizing standpoints. I would definitely recommend Anna as a trainer.

SoftServe

Our main request is development of our colleagues with unusual approach. And also teacher’s attention to every student is important. Classes with Savvy are creative approach to the education. The teacher knows for sure which topic to discuss combining it with grammar in a smart way. It is definitely a revolutionary approach to the education. You get now only skills and English practice but huge amount of new information. To future clients: forget about ordinary approaches and piles of books, start thinking Savvy.
